TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), and any and all documents referenced herein, upon your acceptance, constitute a binding agreement ("Agreement") between PT Harmoni Dinamik Indonesia, with its registered address at Jl. Probolinggo No.18, RT.1/RW.2, Gondangdia, Menteng Subdistrict, Central Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 10350 ("HDI", "we"), and you ("You", "BEE").
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal terms for the use of the HDI sales platform at https://www.hdi.com ("Site") for purchasing Products in Indonesia ("Indonesia Region") and for the terms related to being a BEE. These Terms and Conditions replace all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. We have published these Terms on our website, which is accessible to you, and we recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms along with any related documents containing this Agreement.

REQUIREMENTS
The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions:
- The Products sold on the Site are not intended for purchase by minors. Individuals under the age of 18 may access the Site only under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- You also represent and warrant that you are fully capable and competent to agree to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, statements, and warranties outlined in these Terms, and to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- You represent and warrant that you are able to make payments using the payment methods authorized by the Site.
- You understand the provisions related to BEE and their functions.

YOUR ACCOUNT
If you register with us through the Site ("BEE"), you are responsible for selecting a secure password containing at least 6 characters, maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur through the use of your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders based on our policies.

PRODUCTS
"HDI Products" or "Products" are those offered for sale under the HDI Trademark. All Products, prices, offers, and promotions listed on the Site are valid and binding only for the specified period, or, if no period is indicated, for the duration of your browsing session. Product details on the Site include descriptions of the main characteristics of the Products.
The product images in our catalog or on our website are for illustration purposes only: the shape, color, and size of the products delivered to you may differ from the examples shown in our catalog or on our website, and such differences do not constitute product defects.

PLACING AN ORDER
- You may place an order on the Site by selecting the Products you wish to purchase. An order is considered an offer made by you to us to purchase the selected Products.
- An order is deemed placed when the following steps have been completed:
- You have selected the Products you wish to purchase using the "add to cart" option; you can review and modify the contents of the shopping cart at any time by changing the quantity of Products, removing Products, or clearing the entire cart;
- You have directly accepted these Terms and Conditions;
- You have provided the necessary personal information to receive, process, and fulfill your order; and
- You have chosen your preferred shipping and payment methods.
- Once you have placed an order online, the order cannot be modified or canceled. You must ensure that your order is correct before proceeding with it.
- After we receive your order, an order confirmation may be sent to you via email or checked on the website, thus creating the purchase contract. We reserve the right to refuse your order without providing a reason for the rejection. In such cases, we will refund the full payment you have made.
- In addition to the order confirmation, you will receive details of the Products shipped to you and all other necessary information.
- If you place an order online, please note the following:
- These Terms and Conditions, together with our confirmation of your order, constitute a contract between you and HDI for the sale and purchase of the Products (which we recommend you keep or print), or as communicated through other means of communication;
- Orders that have been completed and paid for cannot be canceled by you.
- Orders can be placed at any time throughout the day, except during certain limitations when we update the Site.
- The Site may occasionally be unavailable for a certain period due to maintenance or various technical reasons. HDI is not responsible for such unavailability and will reject any claims related to this from Customers or other visitors. The availability of products and services described on the Site, as well as their descriptions, may vary by location and time.

PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
- If you provide information on the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself when requested, and you agree to update this information as necessary ("Personal Data"). We will use and maintain the Personal Data we collect through the Site in accordance with applicable laws and the HDI Privacy Policy.

BEE
- BEE Consumers who purchase products directly and officially through HDI.
- You can register as a BEE by creating an account on the HDI site. As a BEE, you are entitled only to the benefits of the BEE Program. BEE, as retail customers, do not have any rights to participate in any compensation programs specifically reserved for Enterprisers.
- HDI makes no guarantees regarding the availability or active duration of any Program for Bee or that such Programs will result in any specific income level or other benefits for BEE. HDI reserves the right to update and modify any Program for BEE, including removing, suspending, or changing benefits or programs, or adding new benefits or programs, at any time and at our discretion. Any revisions, modifications, or amendments to the Program for BEE will be published on our website and/or properly communicated through your registered email, and will become effective on the date specified in such publication or notification, but never less than 30 days after. You are responsible for staying updated on any changes.
- You are informed that BEE are consumers of HDI products and not employees, agents, or representatives of HDI, and are in no way authorized to act on our behalf. BEE or other customers you introduce will purchase from HDI at the prices published by HDI they will choose their products themselves and place orders directly.
- Enterprisers are bound by our Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct. We encourage you to notify our customer service team about any unfair, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior by HDI.
- You may always choose to register yourself as an HDI Enterpriser. Once you register as an HDI Enterpriser, your registration as a BEE will automatically terminate.
- As a BEE, you can become an HDI ENTERPRISER by making a purchase of IDR 1,665,000 in a single FBPE (Invoice) and providing your ID card (KTP) to join.
- If you register as a BEE through an HDI Enterpriser Referral, that Enterpriser will automatically become your HDI Sponsor when you register as an HDI Enterpriser.
- If you are a BEE from an HDI Enterpriser Referral and wish to join as an HDI Enterpriser with a different Sponsor, you must first submit a termination request as a BEE.
- After 30 days from the date of your termination request, you may re-register as a BEE, and register as an HDI Enterpriser with a new Sponsor.
- A BEE registered without an HDI Enterpriser Referral can directly register as an HDI Enterpriser after submitting a termination request, without needing to wait for 30 days.
- BEE are not allowed to resell HDI products through Marketplaces, Stores, Pharmacies, Supermarkets, or others at prices below (Undercutting Price) or at regular prices.

PRODUCT RETURNS
- If you return a Product to us due to defects or damage, we will exchange it for a new Product, and we will cover all reasonable costs you incur for returning the item to us.
- For the return process and mechanism, you can contact HDI Customer Service via WhatsApp at 0815-1577-7888 or email er@hdi.com.
- Please note that products are shipped in sealed condition for health or hygiene reasons, and you cannot cancel the order or return the product if the seal has been opened after delivery. These products are clearly identified on the Site.
- We have a legal obligation to supply Products that conform to the contract. As a consumer, you will always have legal rights regarding defective or misdescribed Products. These legal rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
- We further guarantee the quality of every Product bearing the HDI name and state that these products are manufactured by, or for us, to meet the highest quality standards. We are confident that our customers will find our Products satisfactory in all respects. Therefore, we offer a further HDI warranty that allows you to exchange any Product that is defective or damaged. The Product exchange claim must be made within 7 days of receiving the Product. This warranty does not apply to any Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.

GENERAL TERMS
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the invalidity of such provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
- HDI's failure to enforce any provision here will not be considered a waiver of its enforceability.
- Unless you opt out, we may send you notifications, alerts, emails, direct mail, and generally communicate with you. You can update your preferences for marketing communications from us at any time by accessing your user settings. By accepting these Terms, you agree that HDI will send you information/communications related to your contract and/or your purchase order through a durable medium other than paper (i.e., via email or other methods directed to you personally that allow you to store the information in a way that can be accessed for future reference for a reasonable period and also enables you to reproduce the information without modification).
- The notice period for any notice sent via email or other media, including on the website, based on these Terms, will begin on the date of the notice.
